Allison Maurer is a Sports Dietician who has advised multiple sporting organizations including the Pittsburgh Pirates and the University of Tennessee. She is currently the Associate Athletic Director for Student Health and Wellness at Knoxville Catholic High School. In this episode, Allison provides valuable insight on foundational nutritional knowledge.
