Alex Sarama is a basketball coach/consultant and the founder of Transforming Basketball. Alex began his coaching at the age of 14, and has since dedicated himself to implement research based coaching. In this episode Meg and Dr. G learn about the Constraint Led Approach and Ecological Dynamics and how Alex utilizes research to inform his practices. He argues that this approach is underestimated and can be applied in any sport. Alex challenges coaches to reconsider their traditional methods and drills and provides examples of how he uses the Constraint Led Approach to improve performance in his athletes.
