Jim Harbaugh is the Head Football Coach for the University of Michigan. Coach Harbaugh played in the NFL for 14 seasons before dedicating himself to coaching. Jim was head coach of Stanford, San Diego and the San Francisco 49ers before returning to his Alma Mater, the University of Michigan. Jim explains how his family values inform his coaching, and he provides insight on the balance between being a decisive coach and leader.
