Meg and Dr. G. welcome Dr. Sophia Jowett & Ian Goldberg to discuss coach-athlete relationships. Sophia is a Professor of Psychology at Loughborough University, specializing in coach-athlete relationships. Ian Goldberg is the Founder and CEO of iSport360, an app that allows coaches to set goals, post training videos and schedules, and most importantly engage with their athletes off the field. Together, Sophia and Ian highlight how important it is to create an environment of healthy communication between athletes, coaches, and parents and why they should start sooner rather than later.
