SPORT PSYCHOLOGY
Sport psychology is a rapidly growing area of interest and important in the world of sport. For the last century, general psychology has focused on explaining human behavior and using therapies to help people and their personal struggles. Sport psychology builds on this previous work by adding a performance approach, and research that is specific to sport informs us how to enhance our sport-specific performance. In this Sport Psychology section, we have curated content that helps us better understand how our minds and emotions affect performance.
