Sports anxiety has been on the rise ever since the dawn of social media. JP Arencibia offers up his personal experiences with it throughout his career, as well as how he found his way back to becoming his best self. JP suggests that in the resolution of anxiety within players, one should look to change their relationship with anxiety as he did.

To properly assess this culture, Meg and Dr. G also invited Travis heath to gain perspective from not only a coach, but a licensed psychologist. Travis reflects on his experience coaching kids from various age ranges, as well as comments on his shortcomings in his early days as a coach. Heath goes on to comment on the atmosphere coaches provide should change, and how society can get there.
